How far is the Mall Road from the Hotel?

The lift inside the hotel connects the circular road to the Mall Road (opposite AG Office). The Ridge is at a walkable distance of 10-12 minutes during normal conditions.


Do you have car parking facility?

The hotel is drive in with covered parking facility.


Is accommodation for drivers provided?

Complimentary dormitory is available for the drivers of residing guests. No food is provided.


Is Early Check-in Available?

Early Check-In is subject to availability as per the following policy:
 Check-In before 6:00 am will be charged for one additional day.
 Check-In between 6:00 am to 12:00 am will be charged 50 % of Published Tariff on EP (Room only basis).
 Guests can wait in the lobby area and common washrooms and restaurant can be used.


Is Late Check-out Available? Early Check-In is subject to availability as per the following policy:
 Check Out after 05:00 pm will be charged for one additional day.
 Check Out between 12:00 noon & 05:00 pm will be charged 50% of Published Tariff on EP (Room only basis).
 Guests can wait in the lobby area and common washrooms and restaurant can be used.

Do you have cloakroom facility?

Cloakroom facility is available for the hotel guests.


Do the rooms have heating/ cooling facility?

Air Conditioning/ Heating is available in the room depending on the season.

How far is the Shimla Bus Stand from the hotel?

Shimla ISBT is approx. 3 km from the Hotel.


Is Pick-up/ Drop-off facility available from the Railway Station and Bus Stand?

Pickup facility cannot be provided from Shimla Railway Station and Bus Stand due to the presence of Taxi unions. Drop- off facility can be arranged from the Hotel Travel Counter.
